Logics and methods of managing after-sales

On October 8th and 9th, the second edition of Forum Bancassicurazione (Bankassurance Forum), the ABI summit for the insurances market, took place in Palazzo Altieri in Rome. PRB took part in the 2014 edition announcing the creation of “Solvere”, a group of high-level professionals capable of integrating Technology with advisory in order to solve Solvency II complexity. The convention is an opportunity to meet and deepen for professionals involved in the chain of value, and it involves banks, insurance companies and companies that provide an innovative impulse to the field. Matteo Bigatti, Partner and Designer for PRB, gave a presentation about the Logics and methods of managing after-sales. It was a pleasure to notice the high importance given by spokesmen to a good, positive and transparent customer service. The sharing of logical and functional core concepts of DataPicker® by some important IT companies was noticed as well.
