ABI Dimensione Cliente 2015 was the ninth edition of the ABI's (Italian Bankers' Association) institutional event on retail banking. It analysed the complex process that starts from a preliminary analysis of the customer's needs and leads up to a final sale. This is then followed by customer retention, the customer's experience and to customer satisfaction. Dimensione Cliente was held in the novel setting of the Centro Congressi Roma Eventi in Piazza di Spagna, Rome. PRB attended the Session III of the conference (the round table on points of sale for complex needs) with the talk Front office digital pioneering by Antonio Carbonera, Partner and Executive Vice President of PRB. On the same occasion, Massimo Oberto, Sales Manager of Banca d'Alba presented the results he achieved by digitizing documents and organizational processes in 2008-2010 in conjunction with PRB.
