PRB participated to the launch meeting of Journal of European Economic History – From the Financial Crisis to the Banking Union, which took place on April 12th at Scuderie di Palazzo Altieri, in Rome.

Gaetano Sabatini (Professor of Economic History at Università degli Studi Roma TRE) saluted the meeting, followed by the speech of Antonio Patuelli (President of ABI, Italian Banking Association) who recalled the very recent ATLANTE operation: a private-promoted initiative with the collaboration of public authorities, aiming at producing wealth.

Then, these talks followed: Nuno Valerio (Professor at Lisboa University), Marcella Mulino (Professor of Economic Politics at L’Aquila University), Carmine di Noia (Consob member), Stefano De Polis (Vice Chief of Banking and Financial Supervision, Bank of Italy). Paolo Guerrieri (Professor of Economics at La Sapienza University) concluded the meeting.

The Journal of European Economic History and Bancaria Editrice

The event, set up by the Director of ABI Bancaria Editrice Nicola Forti, with the help of his valuable collaborators, is an important scientific opportunity in analyzing European Economy.

PRB and the Journal of European Economic History

In 2014, a collaboration between PRB and ABI Bancaria Editrice brought to the digitization of articles and reviews of Journal of European Economic History, giving a large contribution to a public archive that anyone who’s interested in expanding their knowledge can access.
