In 2014, Assiteca was the main insurance broker in Italy.

In February 2014, President Luciano Luca decides to test the DataPicker Technology; all the ISO 9000 procedures of the Assiteca Quality Sistem are brought to PRB.

Problem

The hundreds of pages of ISO 9000 procedures prevent efficiency.

Solution

PRB's staff designs the application in a short time: a software that provides digital management of 120 organizational processes, both for directors and employees. The processes come with instructions, modules, interfaces and analytics. The project covers all sectors within the company.
