The consumer credit company Creditis Servizi Finanziari SpA, founded in 2006, is specialized in providing personal loans, salary-backed loans and revolving credit lines.

Problem

Creditis, needed to:

  • Receive fax communications regarding loan applications
  • Digitize contracts
Solution

Creditis decided to adopt GDD Technology upon advice from their management software supplier OCS. A GDD system for AS400 without Open Channel control unit was integrated into the OCS management system:

  • Users can receive faxes in digital format
  • The contracts received on paper are stored through the client device
