Toyota Financial needed to streamline and speed up:

  • The management of fax communications
  • Sending and receiving loan granting communications
Solution

TOYOTA decided to adopt GDD Technology, integrated with OCS management software, to send faxes confirming the granting of loans. A system with two redundant Open Channel Units (each with 4 ISDN channels) was integrated into the OCS management system to allow users to:

  • Send confirmation faxes directly from their terminals
  • Send and receive communications other than those relating to loans
