Solution

The SSC (Shared Service Center) Division of the Unicredit Group decided to experiment with the use of DataPicker technology applied to the "staff lending" process:

  • 7,500 applications were processed each year according to a complex procedure handled by email and with printed documents
  • Support for an application created with MS Access

DataPicker technology was introduced with the following aims:

  • Reduce working and application processing times
  • Standardize workflows
  • Speed up operations thanks to specific automations
  • Eliminate the dependence on paper
  • Provide support for governance and checks
